At Cavetown, we want you to love your new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
